Meal plans for students living in University Apartments, off-campus, Van Hoosen and Williams Hall.
There are a number of convenient meal plan options for students living off campus. Residential students' meal plans are prearranged through their housing contracts and these students do not need to order a meal plan through this page.
Meal Plan Prices for Fall 2010-Summer 2011
NEW - Commuter 100 Plan. $750. Access to 100 meals at any Residential Dining Hall. Multiple accesses at any meal period and unused meals roll over to the next semester. Combo-X-Change at any Culinary Services retail location (Riverwalk Market at Owen Hall, Sparty's, Union Pizzeria and Serrano's). Flex Option for $7.00 at any Culinary Services retail location. Expires at the end of summer semester.
Commuter 70 Plan. $542.50. Access to 70 meals at any Residential Dining Hall. Multiple accesses at any meal period and unused meals roll over to the next semester. Combo-X-Change at any Culinary Services retail location (Riverwalk Market at Owen Hall, Sparty's, Union Pizzeria and Serrano's). Flex Option for $7.00 at any Culinary Services retail location. Expires at the end of summer semester.
Commuter 10 Plan. $80. Access to 10 meals at any Residential Dining Hall. Multiple accesses at any meal period and unused meals roll over to the next semester. Combo-X-Change at any Culinary Services retail location (Riverwalk Market at Owen Hall, Sparty's, Union Pizzeria and Serrano's). Flex Option of $7.00 at any Culinary Services retail location. Expires at the end of summer semester.
Platinum, Gold and Silver meal plans are also available to commuter students.
Purchasing
There are three easy ways to order a meal plan:
- Online.
- Print out a PDF version of our order form, fill it out and fax or send it with payment information to: Eat at State, RHS Information Services Accounting, Michigan State University, 100 University Housing Bldg., East Lansing, MI 48824-1233, Fax (517) 432-4404.
- In person at 37 W McDonel Hall or call 517-353-1616.

There are no refunds for meals not eaten.
Please remember that you may not give your ID card to another person for use of your meal plan. The cardholder must be present when bringing guests.
