Dining Plans for Students Living On Campus
Dining plan rates are subject to change based on rates to be set by Michigan State University Housing for the 2013–2014 school year. Plans for residential students are pre-arranged through their housing contract. Students living in University Apartments, Van Hoosen and Williams, can purchase an off-campus dining plan.
Dining Plan Prices for Fall 2013–Summer 2014
DineOn Platinum. $2,885/per semester
- ‘DineOn Campus’ – Unlimited access to residential dining halls every day
- ‘DineOn-the-Go’ – One Combo-X-Change (use meal access as a combo) per day, Monday – Friday at Sparty’s, Union Pizzeria, Union Deli, Serrano's, Riverwalk Market at Owen Hall or the Eat at State ON-THE-GO food truck
- $300 Spartan Cash per semester
- 8 guest meal passes per semester (does not roll over to the next semester)
DineOn Gold. $2,735/per semester
- ‘DineOn Campus’ – Unlimited access to residential dining halls every day
- ‘DineOn-the-Go’ – One Combo-X-Change (use meal access as a combo) per day, Monday – Friday at Sparty’s, Union Pizzeria, Union Deli, Serrano's, Riverwalk Market at Owen Hall or the Eat at State ON-THE-GO food truck
- $150 Spartan Cash per semester
- 4 guest meal passes per semester (does not roll over to the next semester)
DineOn Silver. $2,585/per semester
- ‘DineOn Campus’ – Unlimited access to residential dining halls every day
- ‘DineOn-the-Go’ – One Combo-X-Change (use meal access as a combo) per day, Monday – Friday at Sparty’s, Union Pizzeria, Union Deli, Serrano's, Riverwalk Market at Owen Hall or the Eat at State ON-THE-GO food truck
Using your MSU ID
The Michigan State University picture ID with required accesses available, must be presented by the account holder to:
•enter residential dining halls
•bring guests to dining halls
•use Combo-X-Change, Spartan Cash and Owen Cash in retail locations
•use Combo-X-Change for carry out from dining halls where available
Please remember that you may not give your ID card to another person for use.
Once a Spartan Cash account is opened by selecting the DineOn Platinum or the DineOn Gold, the funds in the Spartan Cash account are subject to the terms and conditions for a Spartan Cash account.
