AKERS DINING HALL 

  • Today's Features. Variety of cuisine from around the globe including influences of Mediterranean, Eastern, European and African heritage as well as contemporary and classic Western and American fare.
  • Publisher. Char-grilled burgers and chicken sandwiches, French fries and wings, variety of gluten and dairy free options including breads, pastries, ready-to-eat entrees
  • Bamboo. Hand-rolled sushi, savory noodle and stir fry entrees, soups and salads, flavored teas

HOLMES DINING HALL

  • Today's Features. Variety of cuisine from around the globe including influences of Mediterranean, Eastern, European and African heritage as well as contemporary and classic Western and American fare.
  • Levels. Pizza, made-to-order sandwiches and variety of daily features including breadsticks, calzones, pretzels and more
  • Origins. Made-to-order omelet, Belgian malted waffle, vegetarian stir fry including variety of gluten and dairy free options including breads, pastries, ready-to-eat entrees and more.
  • Mosaic. Halal entrees featuring fresh seafood, chicken, beef, lamb, vegetarian and more for lunch and dinner Monday thru Friday and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. Made-to-order yogurt and granola parfaits as well as fresh fruit and smoothies available at all meal services.

HUBBARD DINING HALL

  • Today's Features. Variety of cuisine from around the globe including influences of Mediterranean, Eastern, European and African heritage as well as contemporary and classic Western and American fare.
  • Piazza. Made-to-order omelets and egg dishes as well as Belgian malted waffles. For lunch and dinner, Piazza will offer made-to-order pastas, baked pasta features and fresh baked breads.
  • Terra Salsa Verde. Tex-Mex style featuring classic Southwest fare including tacos, nachos, quesadillas, tortas and more with fresh made salsas and sides.
