  • MSU's Award-Winning Smoked Cheddar Cheeseburger - $7
    The truck's award-winning signature item, featuring Michigan beef, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, MSU Student Organic Farm (SOF) spring greens, red onion and tomatoes on a local Breadsmith bun.

  • Three Cheese Grilled Cheese - $6
    MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese, MSU Dairy Store cheddar and gouda.
  • Crispy Tofu Tacos - $7
    Crispy fried tofu, SOF squash salsa and SOF basil aioli on toasted flour tortillas.
  • Pork Carnitas Tacos - $7
    Crispy pulled pork, SOF squash salsa and SOF basil aioli on toasted flour tortillas.

  • SOF Farm Salad - $6
    Dried SOF cherry tomatoes, MSU Dairy Store shredded cheddar, sliced red onion and SOF bell peppers with your choice of dressing (recommended dressing: house made SOF jalapeno honey vinaigrette; other options: balsamic vinaigrette, dijon honey mustard dressing)


Specials in Partnership with the MSU Student Organic Farm

Every Thursday during the summer, ON-THE-GO Food Truck will be stationed by The Rock near the MSU Auditorium from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. During this time frame, the MSU SOF also offers their annual Farm Stand. To support locally sourced produce and our partnership with the SOF, we will be offering a salad special as well as a $2 chef special on Thursdays. Each dish will include as many products from the farm as possible.

  • Fresh-baked R.A.D. (Ridiculously Amazingly Delicious) cookie - $1
  • Whole Fresh Fruit - $1


  • Watermelon-basil Water - $1
  • Food Truck Lemonade (24 oz.) - $1

Add a side and drink to any sandwich for $1
