FOOD TRUCK WEEKLY SPRING LUNCH ENTRÉES, APRIL 24-28:

  • MSU's Award-winning Smoked Cheddar Cheeseburger* - $7
    ON-THE-GO Food Truck’s signature item, featuring Michigan beef, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, roma tomatoes, MSU Student Organic Farm (SOF) greens and red onion on a local Breadsmith bun.

  • Classic Food Truck Grilled Cheese - $6
    MSU Dairy Store gruyere cheese with caramelized onions and SOF spinach pesto on local Breadsmith peasant bread, served with a side of red pepper sauce

  • Smoked Brisket Taco* - $6
    Smoked brisket topped with roasted corn and poblano peppers on two lightly toasted tortillas, with side of salsa roja

  • Farm Fresh Salad Wrap - $6
    MSU SOF salad mix with lentils, crumbled feta cheese, heirloom grape tomatoes and Michigan grapes, with a side of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar glaze; served cold or grilled

  • Smoked Pork Sandwich* - $7
    Shredded house-smoked pork with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce and house coleslaw, served on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith Cuban roll.

*Substitute meat in any entrée with house-smoked, Louisiana seasoned pastrami tofu! 

 

FOOD TRUCK WEEKLY SPRING LATE-NIGHT ENTRÉES, APRIL 24-28:

  • Smoked Pork Tacos* - $7
    Smoked pork topped with house-made al pastor sauce, queso fresco and spring mix on two lightly toasted flour tortillas

  • Food Truck Grilled Cheese - $6
    MSU Dairy Store gruyere cheese with roasted red peoper coulis, caramelized onions and walnut spinach pesto on local Breadsmith peasant bread.

  • Boneless Chicken Wings - $7
    Crispy deep fried boneless chicken wings served with house-made red pepper aioli; seven pieces to an order. 

  • Grilled House Sausage - $7
    House-made sausage served grilled with provolone cheese, grilled peppers and onions, and a smoked tomato sauce on a toasted pub bun.

*Substitute meat in any entreé with house-smoked Louisiana-seasoned pastrami tofu

 

Sides

  • Assorted bagged chips - $1
  • Fresh-baked R.A.D. (Ridiculously Amazingly Delicious) cookie - $1
  • Whole fresh fruit - $1

 

Beverages
