MSU's Award-Winning Smoked Cheddar Cheeseburger - $7
The truck's award-winning signature item, featuring Michigan beef, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, MSU Student Organic Farm (SOF) spring greens, red onion and tomatoes on a local Breadsmith bun.
- Three Cheese Burger - $9
Provolone, smoked gouda, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar, bacon and pickles.
Three Cheese Grilled Cheese - $6
Provolone and smoked gouda, topped off with MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar.
Pork Chile Verde Tacos - $7
Toasted flour tortilla with pulled pork, smoked salsa verde and fresh SOF radish.
Go Green Salad - $6 (With grilled chicken breast - $7)
SOF green beans, green bell pepper, lightly blanched broccoli and zucchini with parmesan cheese. Dressing options: balsamic vinaigrette, honey dijon or house-made Caesar.

Every Thursday during the summer, ON-THE-GO Food Truck will be stationed by The Rock near the MSU Auditorium from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. During this time frame, the MSU SOF also offers their annual Farm Stand. To support locally sourced produce and our partnership with the SOF, we will be offering a salad special as well as a $2 chef special on Thursdays. Each dish will include as many products from the farm as possible.
