Eat at State ON-THE-GO is MSU's own food truck! Menus listed below rotate, so be on the lookout for unique items that you may not have tried in the past.

FOOD TRUCK WEEKLY SPRING LUNCH ENTRÉES:

  • MSU's Award-winning Smoked Cheddar Cheeseburger* - $7
    ON-THE-GO Food Truck’s signature item, featuring Michigan beef, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, roma tomatoes, MSU Student Organic Farm (SOF) greens and red onion on a local Breadsmith bun.

  • Provolone and Tomato Jam Grilled Cheese - $6
    MSU Dairy Store provolone and house-made tomato jam spread on local Breadsmith peasant bread, served with a side of walnut pesto.
  • Fried Haddock Sammy* - $7
    Lightly battered fried haddock with house tartar sauce and house-made smokestack coleslaw on a lightly toasted local Breadsmith bun.
  • Thai Chicken Salad Wrap - $6
    Crispy glazed chicken and cabbage on a honey wheat tortilla with a side of Thai curry/peanut sauce, served cold or grilled.
  • Carnitas Tacos* - $6
    Smoked pork topped with house-made black bean and corn spread on two lightly toasted tortillas, with a side of avocado crema and salsa roja.

  • Butternut Squash Soup - $4
    Vegan butternut squash soup topped with pickled onion, jalapeno and crispy potatoes.

*Substitute meat in any entreé with house-smoked Louisiana-seasoned pastrami tofu

 

FOOD TRUCK WEEKLY SPRING LATE-NIGHT ENTRÉES:

  • Al Pastor Smoked Pork Tacos* - $7
    Al pastor smoked pork, topped with extra al pastor sauce and cilantro-pineapple slaw, served on two lightly toasted flour tortillas.
  • Wings - $7
    Crispy fried chicken wings, tossed in your choice of house-made smokestack BBQ, buffalo sauce or honey mustard dressing (seven pieces per order).
  • Beefsteak* - $7
    Sliced beefsteak served on a toasted pub bun and topped with grilled bell peppers and onions.
  • Macaroni and Cheese - $7
    Macaroni noodles mixed with house-made, creamy cheddar cheese sauce and topped with crunchy cheddar cracker crumbs.

*Substitute meat in any entreé with house-smoked Louisiana-seasoned pastrami tofu

 

Sides

  • Assorted Bagged Chips - $1
  • Fresh-baked R.A.D. (Ridiculously Amazingly Delicious) cookie - $1
  • Whole Fresh Fruit - $1
