The truck's award-winning signature item, featuring Michigan beef, MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar cheese blend, MSU Student Organic Farm (SOF) spring greens, red onion and tomatoes on a local Breadsmith bun.

MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar and sharp cheddar, and smoked gouda, on Breadsmith peasant bread.
- Chicken Taco Salad - $6
Lettuce blend with seasoned chicken, black beans, corn, diced red pepper, red onion, cheddar cheese with salsa, sour cream. and tri-colored tortilla strips.
Three-cheese Burger - $9
MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar and sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, bacon.
- Greek Salad - $6
Lettuce blend with grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, red onion, banana peppers, Greek olives, feta cheese with house-made Greek dressing and croutons.

Pulled pork with coleslaw and house-made salsa verde on two lightly toasted flour tortillas.
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich - $7
Pulled pork with Legacy Blues BBQ sauce and coleselaw on a toasted Hawaiian bun.

Pasta tossed in house-made cheddar cheese sauce, topped with pork mafia BBQ seasoning and goldfish cracker crumble.
