Eat at State ON-THE-GO is MSU's own food truck.

Please note that the Food Truck completed service for the fall season on Saturday, Nov. 19. We'll see you in the spring!

 

FOOD TRUCK WEEKLY FALL LUNCH ENTRÉES:

  • Swiss Cheeseburger - $9
    Swiss cheese topped with House Brisket Pastrami and SOF slaw on a toasted Breadsmith bun.

  • Grilled Cheese - $6
    Honey mustard with swiss cheese on Breadsmith French peasant bread.
  • Farm Salad of the Week - $6
    Sliced turnips and radishes, sliced red onion, sliced bell peppers, queso fresco and shaved brussel sprouts with your choice of dressing (jalapeno-citrus vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette or honey mustard).
  • Tacos - $6
    Choice of house pastrami-smoked brisket or tofu topped with shredded swiss and SOF slaw on toasted flour tortillas.
  • Smoked Cheddar Cheese Burger - $7
    Fresh spring mix, sliced tomato, sliced red onion, and MSU Dairy Store smoked cheddar served on a toasted Breadsmith bun.

 

FOOD TRUCK WEEKLY FALL LATE NIGHT ENTRÉES:

  • Tacos - $7
    Slow roasted pulled pork with spring mix, house-made salsa verde and house-made chicharones tossed in pork mafia seasoning, all served in toasted flour tortillas.

  • BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich - $7
    Slow roasted pulled pork topped with onion straws, SOF slaw, and sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, served on a toasted bun.

  • Macaroni and Cheese Bites - $7
    Seven crispy fried cheesy pasta triangles, served with chipotle aioli dipping sauce.

Sides

  • Assorted Bagged Chips - $1
  • Fresh-baked R.A.D. (Ridiculously Amazingly Delicious) cookie - $1
  • Whole Fresh Fruit - $1

Beverages

  • Food Truck Lemonade (24 oz.) - $1
  • Bottled Water (16.9 oz.) - $1

Add a side and drink to any sandwich for $1
